Usmael Abdurhaman
Usmael Abdurhaman founded the Badessa Foundation with a deep commitment to addressing inequality and creating opportunities for underserved communities. With over 15 years of experience in international development and community organizing, Usmael has dedicated his life to building bridges between resources and those who need them most.
Born from his own experiences witnessing the transformative power of education and community support, Usmael established the foundation to create systematic change that addresses root causes of poverty and inequality. His vision extends beyond immediate relief to building sustainable systems that empower communities to thrive independently.
